Awesome Authentic BBQ Food

The food festival will be continuing after the stall holders have gone with a two very limited edition suppers that will be serving up the low and slow meats that our BBQ teams will have been demonstrating all day.

The Feast is priced at £10 per person with a maximum of 40 tickets available. This is a relaxed, street food style dinner experience with tray style service of a mix of meats and sides.

The meal will be served up by the BBQ team and you will be able to sit and enjoy your meal in the hall or outside on hay bales. There is a single serving at 6pm, no reserved seating and a 90-minute table limit.

There will be craft beer from RCH Brewery and soft drinks available.

The dinner is priced at £30 per person with just 40 tickets available. This is a rustic fine dining affair, with four-courses and table service. Tables will be shared and you should expect a relaxed dinner experience with a real taste of the festival's finest in 4 mouth-watering courses.

The meal will be served up by the BBQ team. There is a single serving at 8pm, no reserved seating and a 3-hour table limit.

There will be a pay bar with craft beer from RCH Brewery, wines, ciders and soft drinks. The focus is very definitely on the food, though. Drink responsibly folks.

John Gower, the mastermind of the Feast and chef proprietor at Quiet Waters Farm says

“I’m very excited to be bringing our traveling circus of fire cooking talent to the Burnham On Sea Food & Drink Festival for the first time. We have a wealth of wonderful food from a great bunch of characters. The demonstrations will encourage questions and feedback as well as hopefully giving some helpful tips and I am especially pleased to then be able to cook for everybody at the evening meals, with a menu that I hope will offer something new and exciting to those coming to eat with us.”

Your supper will have been prepared during the day by:

Simon Dyer - ITV's BBQ Champ 2015

Nick Webley & Shish Tawouk - Syrian BBQ

Ben Forte - BBQForte

Marcus Bawdon - CountryWoodSmoke and Burnham boy!

John Gower - Quiet Water's Smoke & Fire

Nigel Smith - local BBQ head and the man behind Forn Porn
